ADDRESS CHANGES

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. All orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, we can do so any time before your shipping label has been created. Once a shipping label has been printed, we are no longer able to make changes to the shipping address.

Southern Boy Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. To help avoid delivery issues, please verify that your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

Changing your address on your customer profile or in Shop will NOT update the address for unpaid invoices or open orders. 

To request an address update, please email hello@southernboyco.com with "URGENT - ADDRESS CHANGE" as your subject and include:

• Your order number
• Your complete, correct shipping address

Our Customer Service team is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (EST). While we'll do our best to accommodate all address change requests, emails received outside of business hours or on weekends may not be seen until the next business day. If your shipping label is created before we're able to process your request, we will be unable to update the address.
