CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our standard processing time for in-stock items is up to 10 business days before they leave our warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Preorder items begin shipping approximately 4–5 weeks after the release date. These estimates may change because of unexpected production or supplier delays. Any product-specific updates will be added to the product description.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the in-stock items will ship first. The preorder items will ship separately when they are ready.

Carrier transit time is not included in these processing estimates. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days after a package leaves our warehouse.

You will receive tracking information by email for each shipment. Southern Boy Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other carrier-related issues after a package leaves our warehouse.
