CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our standard processing time for in-stock items is up to 10 business days before they leave our warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Preorder items have an estimated processing time of 4–5 weeks before shipping begins. These timeframes are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or supplier delays. Release dates can be found in the description of the product on the website. 

Transit time is not included in these shipping estimates. Transit time is typically 2-5 business days once it leaves the warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Please note that Southern Boy Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other carrier-related issues after the package leaves our warehouse.

 

If your order contains both in stock and preorder items, your in stock items will ship within the 10 business day timeframe & at the time of shipping if your preorder items aren't ready to be shipped, they'll come separately.
