ORDER CANCELATIONS

Orders may be canceled any time before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

To request a cancellation, please email hello@southernboyco.com and include:

• Your order number
• Your request to cancel the order
• Reason for cancelation
• Preference of refund to original payment or store credit

We'll process your request as quickly as possible.

Please note: Orders canceled before the end of the stated turnaround time are subject to a small cancellation fee. This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs associated with preparing and processing your order.
