REFUNDS

Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider and are outside of Southern Boy Co.'s control.

• Gift Card Purchases: Refunds will be issued back to the original gift card.
• PayPal Purchases: Refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.
• Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds will be issued back to the original card used at checkout.
