How much does shipping cost?

Any order over $50 shipped within the contiguous US will receive free shipping. All other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

Please remember that orders will be shipped to your address on your paid invoice. If you want to ship to a different location, please ensure that you update the shipping address prior to submitting your order. Customer Service is unable to reroute packages once they begin processing. 

All shipping address changes can be updated by emailing our customer care team at hello@southernboyco.com BEFORE you placing your order.

Southern Boy Co. is not responsible for packages going to your old address. Please confirm you're all up to date before completing your purchase. 

If we receive your order back to our warehouse, you are responsible for all shipping charges to have it sent to the correct address.

Preorder items begin shipping approximately 4–5 weeks after the release date. If a different estimated shipping timeframe applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the in-stock items will ship first. The preorder items will ship separately when they are ready.

You will receive tracking information by email for each shipment. Carrier transit time begins after the applicable items have been processed and shipped.
